TOUR CONDITIONS

Included in Basic Tour Price:

• Airfare (economy class) from the tour starting point – Chicago and returning to Chicago

• Hotel rooms - double occupancy (All Superior 4 stars or similar hotels): Nazareth/Ramada hotel https://en.ramadanazareth.com/; Bethlehem/ Bright Tower hotel https://brighttowerhotel.com; Jericho/Oasis hotel http://www.oasis-jericho.ps/

• Meals: While in Israel, all breakfasts and all dinners (lunch will be the only meal for which you will need to pay)

• Transportation - All tours/transfers by private modern tourist coach with English speaking driver and Wi-Fi

• Tour guide - Services of English-speaking licensed tourist guide plus earpiece for tourists to hear the guide

• Entrance fees - Fees to all sites visited

• Daily tips for guide, tour bus driver, hotel porters, boat captains, dining staff, etc.

 

Not Included in the Basic Price:

• Passport fee (you must secure a passport with expiration date at least 6 months after trip return date)

• Lunches while in Israel (Average is $16-$20/person except St. Peter’s fish averages $25/person)

• Additional fee of approximately $825 if staying individually in a hotel room and not double occupancy. (For travelers with three guests in one hotel room, reduce each person’s cost by approximately $37/person.)

• Insurance - International health insurance may be required. Trip cancellation insurance is optional. Contact your insurance broker for details.

• All personal items, souvenirs, etc.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

Kendell and Tracy Hale and Jesus Journeys act only as agents and shall not be responsible or liable for any delay incurred by any person in connection with any means of transportation, nor for any loss, damage or injury to person or property by reason of any event beyond the control of any agency or default of such agency or suppliers. The right is reserved to substitute the type of aircraft, date of departure, alter the routing or cancel any tour for either the entire air or land portion of the itinerary. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable or for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alternations may be made. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the tour members. The right is reserved to decline to accept or to retain any time any person as participant in any tour, or to cancel any tour. No refund will be made for voluntary absences from the tour. One must let the Tour Conductor know if they are going to break with the schedule or do something on their own. Tour schedules are subject to change. Rates are also subject to dollar devaluation or governmentally-imposed increases of any nature and for foreign exchange rate fluctuations.

 

Passports: All tourists must have a valid passport. It should be valid for at least 6 months after the tour is scheduled to be completed.

 

Baggage: Is at owner‘s risk at all times. Any transport or conveyance company provided shall have no liability during the time passengers are not on the particular conveyance. Each ticket or coupon issued and the passage contract in use when issued constitutes the sole contract between the tourist and the conveyance. Pack light. For bus transportation, only one normal size luggage for placement in the baggage bin of the bus, and one carry on, plus purse or camera case, on the passenger area of the bus.

Participating Airlines: The service of any ATC or IATA member airline may be used in conjunction with the itineraries described in this brochure.  

 

CANCELLATIONS: If you decide to cancel the trip, your $300 deposit will not be able to be refunded. If cancelling prior to Sept 15, any payments made beyond the $300 deposit may be refunded to you. If cancelling between Sept 15 and Oct 15, refunds for cancellation may be possible but are not guaranteed. No cancellations will be accepted after October 15; the full payment applies even if you do not go on the trip. If an emergency forces the cancellation, Kendell and Tracy Hale will request what refunds might be allowed by carriers and land arrangers. There are no guarantees. All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days after termination of the tour.

 

Reservation Deadlines: Reservations and full payment must be made as per the schedule below.  Later requests to be added to the trip are on a first-come-first-served-space-available. Surcharges may be added to late reservations.
